Recently, I’ve been stopping by this little place called “Hello GoodBye.”
As a Beatles fan, I feel like I’ve found the perfect spot—and I absolutely love the name.
Paul McCartney once said that when he wrote this song, he was thinking about “duality.”
In life, especially in relationships, there’s always two sides: you and me, agreement and disagreement, yes and no.
What really matters isn’t clinging to just one side, but having the flexibility to accept both and move forward with an open mind.

After all, every “goodbye” makes space for a new “hello.”
Life is a series of endings and beginnings, and maybe that’s what makes it so rich and meaningful.
Instead of letting loss or the fear of change bring us down, isn’t it better to feel a little thrill at every new “hello”?
I can’t help but think this outlook connects with the Buddhist idea of impermanence.
Maybe, in its own way, this shop is a Buddhist place! (Just kidding.)
Either way, I think this is what well-being is all about.
